ACCOMMODATIONS

The Cedar Cottage has a large, open deck with a picnic table and a round umbrella table. Water view. Cottage capacity is 6 occupants.

The Red Cottage has a screened in porch with picnic table, deck for outside seating and ramp accessibility  Water view. Cottage capacity is 4 occupants.

Cottages are available the first week of June through October 31 for weekly rental. Call concerning winter availability of the Cedar Cottage.

Check in: Sunday, 12 noon

Check out: Saturday, 12 noon.

We do realize this is a six night stay but this gives our 2-person staff ample time to clean and prepare cottages for the next guests.

The Cedar Cottage is fully equipped for light house-keeping with refrigerator, electric range, washer, dryer, full bath, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, cooking utensils, bed linens and towels. There are two bedrooms, (one has queen size bed, one has twin beds). The living room has queen sleep sofa and DishTV. Sorry no telephone but do have wifi connections.

The Red cottage is fully equipped for light house-keeping with refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, blankets, pillows, shower stall bath, one full size bed, living room has a sleep sofa (full size) and DishTV. You need to provide bed linens and towels. Sorry, no telephone. Minimal connection from Cedar cottage.

Red Cottage            $465.00         deposit $100.00

Cedar Cottage        $775.00          deposit $150.00

State lodging tax of 9% is applied to rental rate.

Deposit required by March 1 to confirm your reservation. Once credited, it will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the cottage should you need to cancel your reservation.

Pets are welcome upon prior approval of the business owners.
